Transair

Intelligent Compressed Air Pipe System

Transair compressed air pipe systems are quick to install and ready for immediate pressurisation.  Components are removable and interchangeable and allow immediate and easy modification of production facilities at any point.

All components incorporate quick assembly connection which enables Transair systems to be assembled 7 times more quickly than galvanised steel systems.

All modifications and extensions to Transair systems can be done extremely quickly and thus meet your production requirements.

Durable Protection of Equipment due to High Quality Air

Transair aluminium pipe guarantees a total absence of corrosion.  The inner surface of the pipes ensures good and constant quality clean compressed air continuously

Transair prevents the problems caused by rust which affects galvanised steel systems.  Due to consistent clean quality air, from compressor outlet to machine, Transair aluminium pipe ensures higher longevity of equipment and avoids frequent changes of filtration elements.

The Answer for Complete Projects from the Compressor to the Workbench

Transair is designed for both primary and secondary dritribution systems used for compressed air, vacuum and inert gases, from the small workshop to the largest production unit.

Due to the wide range of components available in 16.5mm, 25mm, 40mm and 63mm bore and various auxiliary equipment, Transair systems meet the needs of industrial and garage workshop installations.

Optimal Efficiency of Machines and Tools

The “full flow” design of Transair components, the low friction coefficient of aluminium pipe and the sealing characteristics of the system ensure optimal and constant flow throughout.

Due to its innovative technology, Transair gives better performance in terms of improved flow and reduced pressure drop.
